”Fiona Liebehenz:
If you can dream it, you can do it!”
Fiona Liebehenz has always aimed to actively and sustainably shape the future and to empower people to apply a “winning, game-changing beat” to develop an organization into an exemplary company. She has been doing this for over 17 years in the consumer goods industry, in both the industrial and retail fields, with leadership responsibility in general management, sales, marketing, purchasing, and strategy.
Her career
Since December 2023, she has been global Vice President Processing Channel Management & Key Components at Tetra Pak, the global market leader for food processing and packaging solutions. Together with her team, she is responsible for one of the business units for industrial food processing.
Previously, as Global Vice President Strategic Growth Acceleration at Bosch, she was responsible for a group-wide growth program with a focus on exploiting future-oriented business opportunities and, as Vice President International Key Account eCommerce, she was strategically and operationally responsible for the online pure player channel and the largest eCommerce customer, also the largest retail media platform, at Bosch Professional Power Tools.
I have always been motivated by the ambition to proactively shape the future and make a lasting positive impact.
In addition to industry experience, she also has retail experience. Before that, she was Head of the Pets and Personal Care Appliances Core Categories and Vendor Management at Amazon. As a graduate business psychologist and economist she started her career in the FMCG industry at Unilever, which sparked her enthusiasm for innovation, holistic management of the sales and marketing function and strategy.
Her passion
Her motto is “If you can dream it, you can do it” — which aligns with her aim of shaping progress that creates value and meaning. Born in Hamburg, she also drives progress forward on the GI's Business Advisory Board, as a mentor, as a keynote speaker on her passion topics, namely leadership, Commerce 4.0, AI, marketing and sales and, most recently, as an author.
In her private life, Fiona loves music. She plays the drums — an instrument that goes hand-in-hand with her personality: boldly setting the pace and the beat on the one hand, and on the other, creating fantastic sounds with a lasting resonance in an intensive exchange with her fellow players.
